Neil Foxcroft Photography Terms and Conditions

Booking Fee
To secure your session date please pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within a week of making your booking. The remaining fee must be paid at least five (5) days prior to your session. If the full session fee is not paid by this time, the session will be cancelled.

If using a Gift Voucher this is pre paid.

Session
The session will be held at the agreed upon time and location. Any changes to time or location must be finalised at least 24 hours beforehand. If client is more than 15 minutes late to the session, the session will be canceled at the client’s expense. In these cases, session fee will not be refunded.

During the session, I will do everything that is in my power to ensure beautiful images. However, I am not responsible for unwilling participants, in particular, subjects who are unhappy or refuse to take part.

Delivery Time
Final images will be delivered within 3 weeks.

Copyright
The artistic copyright ownership stays with Neil Foxcroft Photography but the client may use & print images for personal use only.

Social Media
Neil Foxcroft Photography may post images to social media platforms, advertising and the company's website unless requested otherwise.

All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge
